Database Error Code: Unknown column 'activity_date_time' in 'field list', 1054

Getting this error when trying to run UpdateMembershipRecord.php for the first time
Using Drupal 5.3 and civicrm 2.02
have I missed a dbase upgrade maybe?

cheers
Lesley
Ps when it's fixed, how do I set up the cron job - I'm running on local server with xampp

Yes - it sounds like your DB was not upgraded properly from a prior version to 2.0. Assuming you still have a copy of the prior version (1.9?) - I would download the latest version of CiviCRM (2.0.4) - and then go through the upgrade procedure again. Make sure and do the section on "Ensuring schema integrity" :-)

Instructions for running the cron script are in the "Membership status and reminder..." green box on this page:

Thanks for that Dave
I'll give it a go.

re cron job -
I did see the green box in the docs - and glazed over. Guess I'll google wget and cron jobs (civicrm and drupal I'm just hangin in there, but command line stuff I'm struggling - would have thought I'm not alone in this?)

cheers
Lesley
