How to do Minor Revision Upgrades on CiviCRM

Below is information about upgrading your CiviCRM installations. Please read carefully to determine which procedure you need to follow. And please NOTE that if you are on CiviCRM 2.0.0 or CiviCRM 2.0.1 you will need to follow a specific procedure to get to version 2.0.2. Then you can follow the normal revision upgrade wiki pages after that. The normal revision upgrade pages should also apply to earlier versions of CiviCRM (1.9.1 -> 1.9.2, etc). Upgrade CiviCRM for Drupal

    * Upgrade Drupal Sites to 2.0
    * Upgrade Drupal Sites FROM 2.0.0 or 2.0.1 TO 2.0.2
