db connection with jreviews listings of joomla is possible?

I have thousands of listings to import into jreviews extension of joomla.
I just need to know if civicrm can connect to a pre-existant db-table to read and write data.
I exactly need to call by phone and write my CRM data excactly on the same listings of jreviews, here an example of company listings in directory:

CiviCRM has public API's and a "hook" system which can be used to develop integration with other applications. I don't know anything about jreviews and don't quite understand what your CRM <-> jreviews integration needs are. Might be best for you to review the Developer documentation and then post with more details about the specifics.
