Hi

Is it possible to have CiviMail automatically use an alternate email address (like the preferred email address of another location) when the primary email address is 'on hold'?

Hi,

If a email is bulk mail marked then it will be selected for bulk mail, no matter if preferred email address of primary location is 'on hold' or not.

if no email is marked as bulk mail, and preferred email address of primary location is 'on hold' then bulk mail will not be sent to that contact.
