adding tags and groups in Synch Users to Contacts

It would be nice to be able to add tags and groups to users created in Synch Users to Contacts similar to how this is done during import.

This would make a great community contribution. If done july 23rd (code freeze date), we can even get it into 2.1

A fair part of the code has already been done, so adding this should not be too hard
