Tabs in the Civircm

Hi, can anyone tell me why the tabs arent coming in the following link:
http://dev.pkl.techmada.com/csb_level_3.2/civicrm/contact/search/basic?reset=1

As noted above - it looks like your server isn't accessible to the public internet. I would post details of your install (CMS, version of CiviCRM etc.), what is working vs. not working on the install, and a screenshot of the specific problem w/ tabs.
