website required - form new individuals

In the form for new individuals, input for "website" is required. Is there a way to change this? (most individuals don't have websites). I probably look straight over it.
tnks

Website it not a required field. (For New Individual - only First + Last Name OR Email is required...unless required custom fields have been configured.) You may be hitting an issue where when you tab thru that field - it 'helps you' by putting 'http://' in the field - and then wants you to complete that with a valid website (or delete the 'http://'). This has been fixed for 2.1 (it ignores the field value if it only contains 'http://').
