I moved my drupal/ccrm site from /Drupal up to the root today and after I did I noticed two things:

1. My forms that have radio buttons are putting a line break in between the radio button and the label, like:

o
Option 1

o
Option 2

instead of:
o Option 1
o Option 2

This is also happening on the admin side with checkboxes too. I've looked through the css files, but don't know what to look for (Yes, I've used Firebug on Firefox) but nothing was changed between moving the site earlier today and this issue.

2. Also after moving the site all of the admin-side theme for civicrm is gone. Like when I'd look at lists of my profiles, or events, they would have they light blue background to distinguish between rows, but now, nothing. The drupal theme is still okay, but just the ccrm stuff is wonky.

So in moving the site something has happened with how things are getting displayed. WHen I moved the site I updated the settings.php and civicrm-settings.php files in my sites/default folder.

Any thoughts?

Do you mean the drupal theme? It's called Newsflash (I think).

Why was it working when the site was in /Drupal and then after I moved the site to root (/) the problems showed up? The theme worked fine before. Is there some other file I need to update with the correct site path besides civicrm-settings.php and settings.php?

Yes, I see the errant path in that table row; in phpmyadmin do you know how I can edit it?

I did edit it. I removed the /Drupal from the four or five path listings I saw.
Updated it; but it didn't fix the problem; and instead of showing the text for "move up" "move down" for items in lists it showed the missing image icon instead.
So I just changed it back to /Drupal.
