Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage !!!

After install civicrm completely in localhost without error,  i get a error !!!
“Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage “
I am using wamp5 & PHP Version 5.0.5
I turn on full error reporting but Everything in log file is ok !
any help will be appreciated

Can you check your apache error/ access logs ? what's your civicrm version and which CMS are you using ?

I using drupal 5.7 and civicrm-2.0.2 & also test civicrm-2.0.5 but both is an error !!!
also nothing see any error in my apache error log, php error log  and mysql error log !
I really confused :-(  ???
Plz help me . . .
