Record a Group Mailing on Individual Contact Activities tab?
July 17, 2008, 11:02:45 am
Hello,

My organization needs to be able to track Group Emails by Individual Contact Activity (not just in the CiviMail mailing report).  Is there any way to show in the Activities Tab which mailings were sent to the individual?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

My understanding is that this is the expected behavior. There has been some discussion on a separate thread as to whether there may be a bug in 2.0.x which is preventing it from happening:

Have you tested this in your install? If it's not working there - please run a test on our development sandbox (http://sandbox.civicrm.org) to see if things are working as expected there.
