The link to the sign up form from http://www.uas.coop/civismtp-account-how-to still appears to be broken. Since most people who are interested in opening an account are likely to end up here, I'm wondering if might make sense to post the signup questions as an announcement in this forum?

BTW, I did send a request to shane@uas.coop. Sorry to be a nudge, but I'm also wondering if there is any chance of getting an account started this weekend?
