Internal Server Error saving mapping fields in import tool
July 19, 2008, 08:48:09 am
I receive Internal Server Error saving mapping fields while using import tool.
It could be because my import file was done of too much records?  but in this case they was only 80 revcords..
then I refreshed page and I read this red alert message:
---------
Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:
* Duplicate Import Mapping Name

---------
this could come because I have put many addresses and phone and fax number instead any "Matching CiviCRM Field" must be unique?

Plus all fields are gone from work to home and also type of phone is gone resetted, plus the system tell me that I used a double name f mapping and I need to change it (and I don't remember to have done also this last mistake.. butanyway in red I wasn't understandig that I was needing to rename it and again many of my settings are gone deleted: all type: work are became type home, resetting also if phone is a mobile, or fax etc..)..

then I rename the mapping adding a number at the end, a Ireorder all the mapping fields and again i receive the same error, now I go to try to do the same into the demo version of drupal, because into jooml I can't login or I don't know how to do it.
