many CRM use the concept of LEADS, and don't use OUSEHOLD, why don't add also LEADS concept into civicrm?
this is super useful when you import LEADS of uses to do email marketing on them or telemarkteing, or not? what i'm missing about it?

CiviCRM is designed for non governmental and charity organizations. The concept of lead is usually only used in major donors situations.

You'll need to type the contact record with a custom field or use tags.
