Paging in profile?

In the first screenshot on this page I see that the paging bar is included.

I can not for the life of me figure out how to get that included on my profile pages.  I created a smart group that includes all users with a specific membership.  Created a profile to use with that smart group and to use searching functionality.  My page looks almost identical to that screenshot without the paging.  It only lists the first 50 users... I have 311 users in the group.. if i sort by name i can see the remaining users starting with Z but still only showing 50.  How do I get the paging to display?

there was a bug in earlier 2.0.x versions which has been resolved in 2.0.5

upgrading to 2.0.5 should fix the issue
