Can't create a new Grant

I decided to take a look at the CiviGrant function, but can't seem to figure out how to create a new Grant. Using the CiviCRM sandbox

First I went to New Grants link, I figured that a starting point for creating a new Grant would be on this page http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/grant/add?action=add&reset=1 There was mention of a summary list, which contained no Grants ( You have no Grants registered in your database.)

I then checked out the text which mentions going to "Find Contacts" and then selecting a contact using VIEW and then goto the summary page and hit the Grants tab. I choose individual contact http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=31 and then organization contact http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=35 but didn't see any GRANTS Tab in the summry section.

Am I missing something?

I tried following steps to create Grant and worked for me.

1. Find Contact, click on "View" for the contact that i want to add Grant.
    http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=43

2. Click on Grant tab in Contact Summary

3. Click on "New Grant" ( http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view/grant?reset=1&action=add&cid=43&context=grant )

4. Enter details and Grant is added. ( http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?action=browse&selectedChild=grant&cid=43 )

Note that the CiviGrant component and the Grants tab are both disabled by default on a new installation and must be enabled from Global Settings >> Enable Components and Global Settings >> Site Preferences.

I had gone nack and checked to see if civigrant ws enabled, and at the time I looked it was. But being that the sandbox detals had just been posted it is possible that someone else had been playing with the settings

When I had gone back and tried again (under win/FF, prev had been Mac/Safari) I found the appropriate Grant tab in the place I had expected it. When my Mac comes back from the shop I'll give it another try just to verify that it was probably just bad timing and that it may have been disabled.
