How to set access previleges for different user groups for to access the civievent  in civicrm.........

1. Create a Drupal Role who has permission for "access CiviEvent"  and
2. Then assign this role to your specific group.

Now only your specific group will have permission to access CiviEvent data.

(Uncheck "access CiviEvent, for roles that you don't want to give access.)
