Installed but No Shortcuts or Quick Add

I was able to successfully install CiviCRM on Drupal 5 but for some reason I don't have the Quick Add or Shortcut blocks.  Any way I could add them?

Yeah, these are Drupal blocks. Go to (Drupal’s) Administer → Site building → Blocks.
