Error when creating new member type (v. 1.9.13019)
July 24, 2008, 06:59:53 am
I've recently started using the CiviMember function to track membership in my organization. Things seemed to be going smoothly as I added 8 member types, built contribution pages for them, and entered in records for existing members. I've been trying to add additional member types, but each time I try to save the member types, I get the following error. Can someone point me to what I may be doing to cause this? Thanks!

Array
(
    [callback] => Array
        (

  • => CRM_Core_Error
  • [1] => handle
            )

Code: [Select]
=> -3
    [message] => QuickForm Error: nonexistent html element
    [mode] => 16
    [debug_info] => Element 'uploadFile' does not exist in HTML_QuickForm::getElement()
    [type] => HTML_QuickForm_Error
    [user_info] => Element 'uploadFile' does not exist in HTML_QuickForm::getElement()
    [to_string] => [html_quickform_error: message="nonexistent html element" code=-3 mode=callback callback=CRM_Core_Error::handle prefix="QuickForm Error: " info="Element 'uploadFile' does not exist in HTML_QuickForm::getElement()"]
)

Do you have any custom fields setup for membership types ? If yes try disabling them and check. Error doesn't give much information other than - it's related to some upload field/setting.

Difficult to check/look-around since i don't have 1.9 setup ( only 2.0 & 2.1 ;) ).
