Here say that people can import access files:

to change data from .mdb do .csv I have to copy and paste them o excel and then export in csv files or there is a more quick simple way?

Last time I used access, I just opened up the table and exported each table as csv. Access help should give you the answer, just type in csv

My access 2003 don't permit me to do it, anyway I copied data into excel ad exported in csv, this is the file, but import of civicrm don't see the rows and I can't import in this way,

solution founded, I have changed separators from ; to , and now he import correctly
