in my case i have also hundreds of listings to show per profile and it is not nice to show all of them in one pge, how I could do this quickly?
i like a lot this graphic to do it for example:

I founded here in sample views that there are listings splitted per page:

but then I don' see it in real
do you have some good words to make me to add this on my listing profiles?

Profiles should include a "pager" by default (which shows 50 contacts at a time). You can see this "in action" on the 2.0 Drupal demo:

Just hit search without entering any search values.

I wan't looking it becaue I was showing only about 30 results, now I changed it to 20 listings per page:
