Cases - case type
August 03, 2008, 06:49:42 pm
Is it possible to change the default 'case types' in the cases feature? I've looked all through Administer CiviCRM and can't find any way of doing this.

Thanks.

Dave

The screen for this is not linked from the Admin menu in 2.0 - but you can access the list and add / delete / modify from this URL (assuming you're running under Drupal):

http://<your drupal site>/civicrm/admin/options?group=case_type&reset=1
