Current Employer behavior

If an employee-employer relationship is created in the relationships tab, either 1) the most recently created relationship should be set as the current employer (as in past releases), or 2) an option should be given in the create relationships form to identify the org as the current employer for the contact.

The new behavior where the relationship can be built directly from the contact summary edit form is excellent > users will be very happy. But I think you need to also retain the past behavior or it will really throw people off.

Brain:

FYI, we have handled setting of "Current Employer" when people upgrade. So data is not lost when people migrate to v2.1
