Payment Processor Error message: 10002:Security error

I get the following message:
Payment Processor Error message: 10002:Security error

When I try to test drive my contribute page using paypal.
What's wrong?

That is a paypal error (as the error message states)

please take the time and energy to do a google / forum search to find out the cause and how you can fix it
