I am making a plot for CRM for insurance company projects - it should run in PC's in offices.

All data in business must be in the CRM database, but It also have to use date from the local insurance application. meant CiviCRM should use directly maintained data + data from the other source.

Bottom line is: I need the CRM works well as usual - like customers reporting, marketing, etc.. but ALSO get from the insurance software by company called IDIT.

I couldn't find any CiviCRM documentation for my case. and I most have a decent interoperability
