Modifying the "Contact View -> Summary" section

I want to add another field on the "Home › View Contact › Search Results" page on the Summary tab
additionally to the "Job Title:" I would like to display also the "Current Employer:"
I am able to make changes to the "Page\View\Tabbed.tpl" but where to I have to set the variables

Current Employer is included on that screen starting in 2.1 (currently in alpha release). You might want to help us test that release and use that feature on your site(s) when 2.1 is final.
