Email Organization Address Token {domain.address}
August 15, 2008, 11:36:23 am
How do I set up the address that this token should input into email messages?
Right now, the token {domain.address} uses some random "stock" address.

You just need to insert civicrm supported tokens in your email message.
Check http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Mail-merge+Tokens+for+Contact+Data
If you are using CiviMail: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/CiviMail+Action+Tokens

{domain.address}, is domain address that you specified at http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/domain?action=update&reset=1

You get to that screen via:

That path does not exist. Does any one know what the path is to edit the domain address?

This page on the wiki also needs that information: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Domain+Information

Administer > Communications > Organization Address and Contact Info

For most situations the best documentation is found in the  book in this case http://book.civicrm.org/user/current/email/setup/.

Having said that though, it obviously doesn't help to have out-of-date information in the wiki.  The wiki is community maintained, all you need is an account.  Help in maintaining it is always appreciated.  Would you be able to update it?
