In the sandbox, I attempted a proximity search for everything within 200km of postal code 80211.  I left all other fields empty (none are marked as required).  I tried this twice, and did get two successful results, but also 4-5 copies of this error on-screen:

warning: urlencode() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /var/www/drupal-6.civicrm.org/public/sites/sandbox.civicrm.org/modules/civicrm/CRM/Utils/Geocode/Google.php on line 120.

Changing the postal code to something else did not change anything ... it still appears to work with lots of errors.

I went through and tried each of the other fields individually plus postal code (address + code, city + code, etc.) and the error was the same.  However, certain combinations beyond code+1 did seem to eliminate the error. Code+Country+Any-other-field gave the same search results, but without the error.  So, the country code seems necessary, but code+country is not sufficient.

So, anyway, it's weird.  I didn't see an issue for this in the queue or another post, so I thought I'd drop a note here.
