CiviEvent Dashboard - Slow Load time
August 19, 2008, 09:13:04 am
Our CiviEvent dashboard takes over 4 minutes to load.  I am not sure why, but I have captured the queries that are being run before it loads. I can't upload the file of the queries - so I will link to it..... any help you all can provide would be great!

Here is a link to the query list that is causing the 4 min Event Dashboard load:

Thanks

Jeff,

Which version of CiviCRM are you running? There has been at least two issues for 2.0 that were improving performance situation with CiviEvent dashboard: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-2735 and http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-2972. Both fixes are available in 2.0.5, so make sure that you're running this version.

In the meanwhile, I'll try to look closer at the log.

Thx,
m

as michal suggested, i'm hoping an upgrade to 2.0.5 will fix the issue

if not, can you please get on IRC and we can sort it out there. We'll need ssh access to your server, since this behavior is data dependent :(. Ideally i'd like to track and fix this today, since we are doing a 2.0.6 release tomorrow

Ok, I will install 2.0.5 (we are on 2.0.2) and see if that works
