membership type error creating contribution page

I'm trying to create a membership page without financial transactions, but I can't get past the membership setup pages, it asks for me to select a membership type, but I don't see any options (see attached .gif)

You need to create Membership Types first: Administer CiviCRM >> Membership Types.

If you haven't read through the CiviMember Guide doc - I'd recommend checking it out :-)
