Me, again,

The current employee added on the view is great, however, it'd be even better to put a link to the employer record, instead of just the name.

(as it is on the relationship tab)

all feature requests can be posted here. if there a patch associated to make the feature request a reality, filing an issue along with the patch is fine :)

I was in that page making some other fixes - and this was an obvious and easy tweak - so it's been implemented (r16758). Going forward, as lobo mentioned, filing an issue w/ a patch is the best approach. :-)
