2.1a4 Multisite install

alpha 4 installer performed a multisite install properly setting all the upload directories and the CiviCRM resource url correctly.

The Image Upload URL is however still
files/civicrm/persist/contribute/
instead of
sites/sitename.com/files/civicrm/persist/contribute/
