italian provinces update needed

after trying to import my data (and failing), I discovered that the province database regarding Italy has to be updated.
Should I post here the (few) changes that must be made in the state_province table or may I send them to someone?

Can you please file an issue (http://issues.civicrm.org/) and add the list of states/provinces that need fixing. We'll also need the url for the source of your data
