error on page

One of my authorized users can not enter credit card numbers for donations.  When he does he gets "error on page" at the bottom of the page.  When I log in as him, with his user name and password, I have no problem entering the credit card numbers.  Does he need to change something on his computer or is it our Civicrm set up?

are both of you using similar browsers and OS. What browser and OS is he using? can u replicate the issue using a similar machine and browser. can u also elaborate on "error on page".

Okay - apparently it doesn't work with Internet Explorer but works fine with Firefox.  There was no more description other than "ERROR ON PAGE".
