Here is a RFP for a project in the UK.  It's likely that preference will be given to UK developers but it is open to all comers.

In case you haven't heard of WWOOF, it is a great non profit organisation that lists organic farms and small holdings that want to have people come and volunteer with them and learn about organic agriculture in exchange for board and lodging.  It was started in the UK in 1971 and there are now lots of WWOOF organisations all around the world (see http://wwoof.org for more details).

I'm a director of WWOOF UK and am helping them choose a contractor for this work (otherwise I'd probably be bidding for this myself).

PS.  CiviCRM not a necessity but obviously, I am posting it here to attract CiviCRM developers.

PPS.  If you feel like some time away from your computer, I definitely recommend WWOOFing for a weekend/month/lifetime :-)
