Mysql 4.1?
June 18, 2007, 10:32:23 am
I am upgrading a client to 1.7 and thought that (from previous discussions) civcrm would still work with 4.1 and that 1.8 would not. Is that correct? I cannot upgrade my client to a newer version of mysql because of their hosting situation. Will 1.7 work properly with 4.1?

Thanks!

Both CiviCRM 1.7 and 1.8 will work with MySQL 4.1 (not MySQL 4.0, though!). CiviCRM 2 will be the first version requiring MySQL 5 and PHP 5.
