Upgrading 2.1beta1 to 2.1beta3

It will not allow the web database upgrade step to happen as it says I am already on version 2.1.

Maybe this is more of a clarification.
Are there database changes done in Betas?.  If no, then I should probably not have any issues and right now my site looks good.

Currently we don't have inter-beta upgrade procedure. But since there were no schema changes, if you overwrite files with beta3 files it should work.
