I've started getting this error:

unrecoverable error
    Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.

    DB Error: already exists

    Database Error Code: Duplicate entry '1-5' for key 2, 1062
It shows up when you're in Drupal, go to my account, hit edit, and go to the tab that is the CiviCRM profile info. If you update your information, you get the above error.

It's happening in a brand new install of CiviCRM, which only has 2 entries, and an instance that has been running for some months now.

It's definitely not an issue of there being a duplicate, since the one site only has 2 people in it, and they're completely different.

Now we don't get CiviCRM profiles shown for any of the users - not available at domain.com/user/username and the fields aren't there for editing.
