I?m asking, it is possible for joomla today? if not could be it in future, there is a plan about it?

Hey,

Probably not at the moment - for some additional info, take a look at http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,4432.0.html, this talks about standalone version, but applies to Joomla as well. There is no specific plans to support this kind of configuration at the moment.
