Hi friends ,
Iam using drupal 5.7 and civicrm-2.0.5-drupal , iam getting two name and address form with 7 fields . they are first name , last name, street address, city , state, postal code, country. i need only one form, how can i remove the second form from the registration page. i checked the profile of the civicrm , it contain only 1 form with above fields.

Please help me.

Most probably you included same profile twice for same event. Goto "Configure Event >> Online Registration" and de-select one of the profile.
