Changing primary location erases additional locations

This did NOT replicate on the demo. Any suggestions for why my setup would cause this would be greatly appreciated.

Here's how I did it:
* Started with a contact that has multiple Additional Locations, and with "Main" as the primary location.
* I switched the Primary Location to one of these additional locations.
* Saved the contact
* The contact still has Main set as the primary location, and all of the additional locations are gone, both when viewing and editing the contact.

I'm on 1.7.9821
