user error: Smarty error: unable to write to $compile_dir '/home/ncspodo/public_html/files/civicrm/templates_c/en_US'. Be sure $compile_dir is writable by the web server user. in /home/ncspodo/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095.

I've got a huge list of errors such as these when I go to the CRM on this install. I'm not so sure what to do in order to resolve this.

Any help would be welcome.
