First I have to say that we are evaluating this system, and WOW, for an open source component, this is phenomenal. Forget what I said “for an open source application" this is just a phenomenal program.

One thing that I would add to my dream list of features would be the ability for registration of multiple attendees, but in a flexible manner where as:

1- The person who made the original registration could add or delete attendees (this would have to work with the pay later function).

2- The ability to set a deadline ( in the event setup) for the adding and deleting of registrations, say 5 days before the event, or 3 days before the event the registration locks and the attendee is notified so they could come back and pay for the event.

3- The ability to send an email to the "additional attendees" that were registered as part of the group registration, where in the email there is a link that allows them to " Confirm or Reject" attendance.  So that various people could be invited but they could also say that they can't make it to the event.
