upgrading from 2.0.5 to 2.1 beta 4 issue (Drupal)

I upgraded civicrm from 2.0.5 to 2.1 beta 4. after successful upgradation i am unable to see links in administer civicrm page. i mean i cannot see any links like global settings etc...

But when i type url in address box. it is working fine like i tried to change resource urls by typing resource url's page url in address box. and i am succeeded in doing this.

all i need is am i did anything wrong or do i need to do any changes in css files.


please let me know..

Can you try clearin your cache, template_c, session.

i fallowed your instructions. Even though the problem remains as it is.

i removed the templates_c directory and created again. it solves my problem.
