Upgrade & Participant status default

Hi

I just upgraded and I not that after the upgrade the participant status 'registered' has 'counted' set to NO (as do all the others). I would have thought that this status should be YES by default

Right, i guess we missed this in v2.0 to v2.1 upgrade. Should be fixed before next beta.
