If you had used CiviCRM auto-installer earlier, then civicrm.settings.php was created by web user. So you might need super user privileges to remove or delete it.

Looks like civicrm.settings.php is not deleted.

Delete http://www.link-manager.biz/sites/default/civicrm.settings.php

without touch db now I get this error:
Code: [Select]
Installing CiviCRM...

I am now running through the installation steps (this should take a few minutes)

If you receive a fatal error, refresh this page to continue the installation
# Building database schema and setup files...
Cannot execute DROP TABLE IF EXISTS civicrm_contact: DB Error: constraint violation
I have to delete tables or content of tables to install normally?

Not sure why you got this error. Best option will be to recreate civicrm database and then retry installation.

Have you enabled CiviCRM module ? Do follow this instructions carefully: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Install+2.1+for+Drupal
