I need of paid help.

Need for people to be able to come to site and register.  They need an online profile with some basic features like calenders, reminders etc.  Key Element is for them to be able to email someone from profile page and they will get a "support me" link were someone else can come and contribute in the persons name.

Need a forum as well.  We have been using Comminty Builder and that has 80% of what we need.  If someone can take the contrubute function of civicrm and meld it with CB thats great to.  If not and we need to start from scratch with the Soical Networking stuff that fine to. 

Give me a ballpark figure, terms of payment and contact info.
