On a report or export listing contacts, how do you get all email addresses and/or all phone numbers for each contact?

Getting the primary email and primary phone is no problem, but we need the others if they are there.

We are on CiviCRM 1.9.

In 2.0 and later you can write a custom search to do the needful. In 1.9 you'll have to do this as custom code or a custom task. In either version you will need to write some php code and sql queries
