Where is the tabs?

I have lost tabs after importing database from "old" civicrm installation.

Are all the components enabled in global settings and are the correct things ticked in global settings / site preferences?

Does everything else look properly - I mean mainly the layout? My first idea is that Ajax JavaScript files might not be loaded/present. Do other Ajax features work properly?

In addition to Eileen's suggestion, please also check if "Resource URLs" settings point to proper location.

You've been right. I've just checked the Resource URLs and it turned out that they were wrong. I have no idea why I hadn't noticed it before.Now everything works properly.
