RE-using civimail does not keep the 'from' address

Hi - just got caught out when I re-used a mailing and found that the 'from' address i had put in the original had reverted back to the default when i sent the re-used one out.

Not sure if this is something you think you can/should fix. Tried to test in 2.1 but no option to re-use a 'saved' civimail by the looks of it. and can't actually send so don't have a completed one i can try it with

Hello peterd,
   We are running 2.1 beta 4 on a test site that was loaded with data from a live site that was sending mailings out regularly. The test site is not configured to actually send mail, but there is the option to re-use the mailings that are listed in CiviMail so I'm not sure why you are not seeing that.

Hi - nor do I but I wasn't seeing it on demo yesterday when i tried, but then it wasn't showing any 'mailings' even though there were some that had been started and cancelled. Any hoo I see it is there now - so i can go test if the 'from' field reverts or not.

But first I have to get used to finding the Draft and Unscheduled which is in the left hand column rather than finding it on civiMail page

And there is no 're-use' showing on any Draft and Unscheduled.

And the only way I can test is if I can 'send' one with a modified 'from' address and then see if it is still there when I reuse - hah - and this time it is showing in Sent and Scheduled - and yes on re-use the 'from' address remains as I had set it.

So, no issue in 2.1 - maybe an issue with 2.0 but won't stress me for long - I hope.
