Problem creating Smart Group from Proximity Search

Hi - is this an expected problem?

Ran a proximity search - saved results as Smart Group - reopen Smart Group and it seems to include all contacts in database.

So I will instead add my Search Results to a standard Group.

Also, after run prox. search I went to export, and while the screen gave me option of "Select fields for export" when i click on this it simply ran the export rather than opening the window to allow me to select my fields. presumably it was exporting the "PRIMARY contact fields" but i didn't hang around to watch.

I could not reproduce this on demo. I remember fixing an issue for this sometime ago, but have no more memories on that :)

In 2.1, the export basically will export the fields displayed and returned by the custom search. It does not give u the option of selecting fields etc (that would complicate things a bit too much)

I am also not able to use a Smart Group as a container for a proximity search.  The search works perfectly, the group is created, but when the group contacts are listed, it's not correct.  As follows:

Search: contact within 75 miles of Chicago
List: correctly finds all contacts in radius
Save as Smart Group
Manage Groups, view contact list
List: lists only contacts in Chicago even though the states "within 75 miles of Chicago"
